After the auction ends, you will receive an invoice with the total amount you owe. Payment must be made in full (Auction Ending Price and Shipping, California 9.25% taxes if applicable) within FIVE (5) days of auction close.

Unpaid auctions will be forfeited after Seven (7) days of auction closing, and a Non-Payer dispute will be filed with eBay to recover the listing/closing fees of the auction. The NON-PAYER will then be issued a non-payment strike.

Returns
For returns due to shipping damage, contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery so an RMA number is issued. If there is damage, we can help file a damage claim immediately.
DOA items: In the event you receive a non working unit , we will exchange it free of charge within the first 30 days. LOWER 48 States only.
Items returned must be in GOOD condition. We will inspect all returns before accepting the package. We will not accept packages that have missing parts, damage, and packages that have not been approved for return by our initial contact or packages missing an RMA number. These packages will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost.
