The art is professionally framed with acid free papers. The frame size is 32 1/2 inches wide by 39 inches high.  There are multiple matts with the outer matt of "suede".
He says his art paints the omens, legends and truths of the Native American.  Gary has exhibited extensively at the Aspen/Snowmass Celebration for the American Indian (Aspen, CO), the American Indian Exposition (Anadarko, OK), the Colorado Indian Market (Denver, CO), the Heard Museum Guild Indian Fair & Market (Phoenix, AZ), the Philbrook Museum of Art (Tulsa, OK) & the Smithsonian Institution (Washington, D.C.). In 1992, Gary participated in the Franco-American Institute Exhibit in Rennes, France.
Gary has won numerous awards for his artwork at the American Indian & Cowboy Artists National Western Art Exhibition (San Dimas, CA), the Trail of Tears Art Show at the Cherokee National Museum (Tahlequah, OK), the Competitive Shows & Masters shows at the Five civilized Tribes Museum (Muskogee, OK), the Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonials (Gallup, NM), the Red Earth Festival (Oklahoma City, OK) & the Seminole Nation Museum (Wewoka, OK).
Gary's artwork is featured in numerous private & public art collections, including the Cherokee National Museum (Tahlequah, OK), the Heard Museum (Phoenix, AZ) & the Smithsonian Institution (Washington, D.C.). In 1983, Gary was designated a Master Artist by the Five Civilized Tribes Museum (Muskogee, OK).
