    Description

    Mother and Child
    1972
Signed by: R.C. Gorman, Navajo Artist
Limited Edition Original Lithograph numbered: 26/70
This is a rare lithograph and one of Gorman's finest early works.
Drawn and hand printed at Tamarind Institute in 1972.
This piece is floated over a complimentary colored, blue mat and professionally framed.
    Full size Lithograph measures 22 1/4" x 30 "
    Outer Framed measurements are: 25" x 32 " x 2" deep
On close inspection you can see there is a darkened edge on portions of the lithograph. It was framed this way. I do not think this distracts from this fabulous work of art in the least
    .
One of my favorite, it is a great tribute to motherhood, and beautifully expresses the adoration Gorman had for his women subjects.
