Description

Trout is a delicious, nutritious and very healthy fish. Their delicate, juicy fillets have a rich, orange hue to them, very similar to salmon. They also have a high fat content, which is a desirable characteristic to have in any fish. It is tasty in any form: fried, boiled, stewed with vegetables, grilled, salted. But most of the beneficial properties are retained by smoking.

Each fish is approximately 16-18 inches long and weights up to 2lb. Large fishes weighing 2lb+ are available, please contact me about them before placing the order.
Chilled to the freezing point but never frozen.
Your order will be shipped out with
an ice-pack just before carrier's cut-off time on Sat, Mon-Wed via
USPS (delivery takes 2-3 days). Refrigerate upon arrival and consume within the next 10 days.
